Amir Jafari
Amir is the founder of Studio Etude, launched in 2020 with a focus on designing spaces that truly respond to how people live. He oversees all aspects of the practice, including design leadership, project coordination, code compliance, and guiding projects from initial concept through permitting and delivery. Amir works closely with clients and consultants to ensure each project is creatively resolved, technically sound, well coordinated across disciplines, and delivered in a timely manner. He has experience across residential projects, interior design, tenant improvements, commercial work and collaborated with architects across the Bay Area, New Jersey, Texas and New York City.
A Syracuse University Master of Architecture graduate, Amir combines technical expertise with a human-centered approach to design. Beyond his professional work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, going to the cinema, and listening to instrumental music-passions that continue to inspire his creativity.
Mojtaba Hejazi
Mojtaba is a member of Studio Etude who supports projects from their earliest conceptual stages through the completion of the permitting process. He plays an active role in design development, translating concepts into well-coordinated drawings and preparing detailed plans to support both permitting and construction. Mojtaba works closely with consultants to coordinate architectural, structural, and building systems, ensuring consistency across all disciplines. He is also responsible for carefully reviewing project documents and responding to agency and consultant comments, helping maintain accuracy, code compliance, and a smooth approval process throughout each project’s development.
Mary Dalili
Mary collaborates with Studio Etude as an interior designer through her independent practice. She brings over three years of experience across residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. Her passion for residential design stems from its unique balance of emotional sensitivity and technical precision—understanding how people experience a space and translating that insight into thoughtful, well-executed design. She holds a Master of Architecture from Iowa State University.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with friends, watching movies, dancing, and snowboarding.
