In Livermore, California, we're bringing a unique vision to life. This ADU covers 1200 square feet and is all about simplicity and modern style, where every detail has been carefully thought out to make the space useful and beautiful. The main idea for this design is to mix simplicity and modern design. We want it to have clean lines, open spaces, and be practical. One great feature of this ADU is the big, well-lit living area.
Glass House - Bay Area
The house was designed for a client who wanted to build a new retreat in the Bay Area woods. The building site is on a slope. The concept for the house was inspired by the Farnsworth House in Plano, Illinois designed by Mies van der Rohe. The design has been reimagined and redesigned to become “ The new Glass House” to provide a widespread view of the woods, using floor-to-ceiling operable windows.
5th Street West - Sonoma, CA
We are presenting the transformation of a traditional single-family home into a triplex in Sonoma, California. New units include modern open kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, stylish bathrooms and also a functional living space.
Boundry Residence - San Deigo, CA
The project involved a transformative remodel of the first floor along with the addition of a second story. This pivotal expansion created generous space for a new living room, bedroom, and bathroom—enhancing both functionality and flow. Our goal for this project was not only to enhance its visual appeal, but also to optimize the functionality of the space by carefully analyzing the client’s needs and the architectural context.
Heather Ln – 300 sq ft - San Diego, CA
When our client approached us to design a 300-square-foot detached ADU that would complement the style of their main residence, we saw an opportunity to create something truly special. The resulting space blends contemporary design with everyday functionality. A shed roof and strategically placed skylight flood the interior with natural light, creating an airy, uplifting atmosphere ideal for creative work or quiet relaxation.
