In Union City, California. Originally built in 1958, this single-story home underwent a complete transformation led by our design team
Our scope included a full remodel and an addition expanding the home to approximately 1,520 square feet on a 5,936 square foot lot.

The redesign focused on enhancing natural light, improving spatial flow, and elevating everyday living by adding skylights and change vault the ceiling on the living and kitchen area. The layout maximizes views and connection to the outdoors, enhancing both aesthetics and livability.
